Outline Itinerary

Day 1:  Arrival

Day 2: Yoga class and drive to Kapan monastery, Boudhanath and Namoboudha.

Day 3: Yoga and Meditation in Namoboudha.

Day 4: Drive towards Pokhara.

Day 5: Early morning to Sarangkot for Sunrise view and Yoga.

Day 6: Drive to Dhampus or Australian camp.

Day 7: Yoga and Mediation class.

Day 8: Drive to Pokhara and fly to Kathmandu.

Day 9: Departure

Itinerary

Day 1:  Arrival

Today, upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, we will welcome you and transfer to hotel.

Day 2: Yoga class and drive to Kapan monastery, Boudhanath and Namoboudha.

At early morning, your Yoga instructor will come hotel and take towards Yoga place. After finishing Yoga, drive towards Kapan monastery, Boudhanath Stupa and Namoboudha. After reaching in Namoboudha, we do meditation class.

Day 3: Yoga and Meditation in Namoboudha.

From early morning to evening, we do Yoga, meditation class and some spiritual class by GURU.

Day 4: Drive towards Pokhara.

After taking Yoga class, drive towards Pokhara. On the way, you can see amazing view of mountain and Fresh River. Take lunch on the way of Trishuli River.

Day 5: Early morning to Sarangkot for Sunrise view and Yoga.

At early morning, drive towards Sarangkot for Sunrise and some yoga class in Sarangkot. Drive back to hotel and breakfast. We do city tour of David’s falls, Gupteswor cave and in evening World peace Stupa.

Day 6: Drive to Dhampus or Australian camp.

After Yoga class in Pokhara, drive towards Dhampus. Dhampus is small village from where you can see different snow capped mountain with peace and greenery environment.

Day 7: Yoga and Mediation class.

Full day Yoga and Meditation in Dhampus and short hiking.

Day 8: Drive to Pokhara and fly to Kathmandu.

After taking breakfast, drive to Pokhara domestic airport and fly to Kathmandu. At Kathmandu, drive towards hotel and free time for shopping.

Day 9: Departure

Today, we will take you to the airport before 3 hours your flight.

1. Can I get Nepal visa on arrival?

Yes, you can get visa on arrival in the Tribhuwan international airport in Kathmandu, Nepal. You can download an application form before hand and submit with required USD cash and 2 passport sized photographs.

2. What time of the year should I visit Nepal?

3. Can you travel solo in Nepal?

Yes, Nepal is deemed much safer country than its neighboring country in the south. There is even very less margin of crime in the tourism sector. Nepal is a peace loving country with friendly citizens. Solo travelling women are not rare and equally respected in Nepal. Moreover, our team will be with you on the trip to ensure your safety. 4. Do you have airport pickup/drop facilities?

Yes, we have both airport pickup as well as drop facility if you have booked any of our trips. It is included in the package. We pick you up and drop at your hotel in Kathmandu

5. Does your company arrange domestic flight, international flight, hotel bookings and other services?

Yes, we arrange flights hotel and other required services as per the itinerary prepared.

6. Who will guide during the trek?

Your guide will be a Nepali citizen who can speak English and few other languages too. The guides are certified trekkers with ample experience in the mountain regions and keen leadership quality. The guides are mostly from diverse ethnic group of people from the mountains like Gurungs, Sherpas, Magars, Rai and Brahmins who also have ample knowledge on the ecosystem of the different places of Nepal. The guides are qualified in providing first aid, mountaineering, eco-trekking and being involved in the extensive wilderness adventures. Our guides are the ace of all successful travels.

7. What are the number requirements of your trips?

We accept a maximum of 12 people in a group. A very large group makes the trip out of its control and overcrowded. However, a larger group can also be managed with more arrangements if it is required. We also accept solo travelers except to some secluded areas like Mustang, Dolpo, Manaslu and Kanchenjunga. These places require a minimum of 2 people in a group.

8. What type of insurance do in need before I visit Nepal?

Can I get insurance there? You cannot get your insurance here, and we also don’t arrange insurance. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the expenses incurred due to any possible injuries, accidents or sickness. You should also notify the insurance company about the itinerary of your trip and make an agreement to cover all the expenses of unseen accidents. 9. What equipments do I need? Do I need to bring it myself ?

You will need trekking shoes, comfortable loose fitting clothes and personal equipments. We can lend you sleeping bags and down jackets during the trek. We also provide tents, mattresses and all necessary kitchen equipments in case of camping treks. Please check our clothes and equipments page to know more about the gears required during the treks.

10. Can I trek in the Himalayas if I don’t have prior trekking experience?

Yes, you can. We ascertain your trekking experience and provide you with options that best match with your ambitions. We have range of packages, out of which one will surely fit your strength and liking.

11. Are the food and water hygienically standard in the lodges and camps?

Absolutely! Our guides and cook themselves check and test the food standard and water quality in the lodges and camps. Our guides and cook are very talented with such accurate judgments. They are well aware of food hygiene during travel and negative impact on the whole team due to bad food consumption. Drinking water is either boiled or filtered and purified with medicine. Even the food ingredient is organic and freshly plucked from the local gardens under the watchful eyes of our cook and guides.

12. Are your staffs fully equipped? What about their insurance?

Yes, our staffs are fully equipped to perform their job without any hassle. They are the back bone of the entire trek, so we know they need to be properly equipped too. We provide them quality clothes and all necessary tools for the trek. Our guide and cooks are part of our team and we care about their safety too. We provide them right to safety too, so rest assured they are fully insured.

13.How to stay healthy while travelling in Nepal?
Always eat thoroughly cooked food and boiled water or branded mineral water. Drinking contaminated water from taps and streams may lead to cholera. Avoid too oily and fast food that make you gassy and stay hydrated. The city is extremely polluted, so put on a mask to prevent dust allergies and nose congestion. It is also suggested to take vaccine for common diseases like the Japanese Encephalitis, elephantiasis and malaria if you are travelling through dense forests.
